Head

We cannot love what we do not know. God is the most profound mystery, but he has revealed himself completely in Jesus Christ. To radiate the love of Jesus, we first need to learn about him — his life and his words.

Heart

A peaceful heart is a rare thing these days. Yet Jesus tells us: “Do not let your hearts be troubled.” And he gives us peace with his Holy Spirit (John 20:21). Our hearts are restless till they rest in him — till we give him the stress and chaos and turmoil of our modern lives.

Hands

We cannot worship God on the altar if we ignore him starving in the streets. Jesus said: what you do to the least of these, you do to Jesus. "Faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead" (James 2:15-17). Our faith must radiate in the deeds of our everyday life — deeds of love and mercy for those who suffer.
